How long are your delivery times ? |

Delivery times vary according to the safe purchased and manufacturer. On Small safes dispatched direct from the supplier a 2 to 3 day window is normal. There are of course express delivery options.
On large safe the lead times are usually 7/10 working days from time of order

How is my safe delivered |
|
Delivery of items weighing 30kg and below are delivered by parcel carrier between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and are delivered to your door. Items must be signed for and the carrier is instructed to leave a card so that the customer can ring the depot to re-arrange delivery if no-one is in.
Delivery of items weighing between 30kg-100kg are delivered by heavy parcel carrier between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Depending on the type of product these deliveries are either on a standard service or the carrier may ring the customer to agree the delivery day. Or by our own delivery team where required.
Delivery of items weighing over 100kg are delivered by our Specialist Safe Delivery team or the manufacturer between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, Weekend delivery is possible by appointment . The customer is always telephoned prior to delivery to agree a day and to select an am or pm appointment. If we personally deliver we will always text 1 hour before delivery. |

How is the degree of fire protection measured? |
|
There are lots of varying degrees of fire protection most levels are expressed as a temperature followed by a time;
I.e. 30 minutes at 900 C
Paper needs less fire protection than data i.e. floppy disc's that are very vulnerable to heat damaged and need special safe protection. |
